CONCOURSE
The first floor deck terrace is open to all guests. This space can be used as a gathering spot, an area to organize mountaineering gear, or simply a place to take a break. This area also doubles up as an ‘information desk’, offering information on mountaineering courses, guided tours, mountaineering gear presentations, exhibitions about Mt. Takao and its surrounding areas, and a plethora of resources on the mountains of Japan.

The second floor is exclusive to lodging guests. We provide dormitories for groups of 4, groups of 10, as well as family rooms (equipped with private toilets, sinks, and showers) well-suited for those planning to stay over multiple nights. All bedding are bunk-beds similar to which one can find in a mountain cabin, starting at a reasonable rate of ¥3,500+tax a night.

The first floor CAFE&BAR is open to both lodgers and the general public. The menu not only offers quality food, but also craft beers, wine, and local sake (Japanese rice wine). For those with a sweet-tooth, we also serve various desserts such as Dutch baby pancakes made from buckwheat flour to complement with our selected coffees and home-made ginger ale. The spacious interior and deck terrace is perfect for hanging out and relaxing with fellow mountain enthusiasts. This area could also be utilized for guided tours, mountaineering courses, and corporate training.

The first floor showers and lockers are provided for both lodgers and the general public. Feel free to use our lockers to secure your belongings during a day out. Our showers welcome you to refresh yourselves after a day out around the mountains.
